New York is paying 60,000$ to reopen landmark tourist sites for people.
USA Tourist sites like grand canyon and statue of liberty have opened with the permission of federal government.
Arizona and New York will pay their fund from their own budget.
other states are now weighting up that they can justify their budget or not.
The tourist locations had closed after congress failed and many governments forced them to close those sites.
New York Governor did not allow to keep "Statue of Liberty" off, because according to him ; it is the symbol of freedom.
Now according to governments rules, New York government needs to pay 60,000 $ (37,000£) a day to keep "statue of liberty" open.
